About this Product

Family is what holds all the pieces together. Puzzle pieces are personalized with family members names, even pets! Paw prints can be added to the pet names. Made with a 1/4" maple wood base with 1/8" hand painted basswood frame. Puzzle pieces are made from cherry wood. The sign is finished with 2 coats of protective sealant.

Shop Policies

All payments are due upon receipt of order.

All items are made to order. I try to get the items processed and produced in a timely manner, however, it may be 1 week.

All items are handmade. There maybe variations in the final product, but I always strive for the BEST possible product.

Design pictures for personalized items are sent to you for approval before the item is produced. Please provide a method that I can send a picture to for this purpose. The processing and shipping time will then be based on the date of YOUR approval of the design.

I do not accept returns on personalized items. If there is a problem with your order, please contact me and I will try to find a resolution that works for both of us.

If an item is damaged during shipping, please send pictures of the item and/or box showing damages and I will work with you to replace or refund item.
