Shop Policies

All payments are due upon receipt of order.

All items are made to order. I try to get the items processed and produced in a timely manner, however, it may be 1 week.

All items are handmade. There maybe variations in the final product, but I always strive for the BEST possible product.

Design pictures for personalized items are sent to you for approval before the item is produced. Please provide a method that I can send a picture to for this purpose. The processing and shipping time will then be based on the date of YOUR approval of the design.

I do not accept returns on personalized items. If there is a problem with your order, please contact me and I will try to find a resolution that works for both of us.

If an item is damaged during shipping, please send pictures of the item and/or box showing damages and I will work with you to replace or refund item.
